Canopy & Company are Jeb and Rachelle Hollabaugh — two Oregonians who love the flavors of the PNW and can’t wait to share them with you. Canopy & Company is named after the beloved Maple tree in their backyard. Many of their favorite memories are of hosting family and friends underneath its branches, and they want to bring that feeling to others.

After 15+ years of developing award-winning wine, cocktails, beer, and amaro for other companies, Jeb and Rachelle are excited to offer something of their own. They hand-pick Juniper berries from family property in Prineville, forage young Douglas Fir tips near Tillamook, and grow Lemon Balm in their home garden near Multnomah Village. Their saffron is grown in North Plains, Oregon peppermint is sourced through Smith Tea, and the Pinot Blanc is from Southern Oregon.
